Samuel Mancino's franchises have grown from a family owned restaurant with homemade recipes into one of the most unique restaurant concepts. With Sam's personal expertise and corporate structure, we provide the most to both our customers and our store owners.

Sam continues to oversee day to day operations and has an "on hands" approach to assisting owners with achieving their dreams.

Sonia has been with the company for five years and coordinates all marketing, new product development and maintaining food costs. She provides analytical information on a monthly basis to corporate staff to review and control store costs. She is the liaison between all vendors and owner concerns.
